Initial 2028 Notes definition

Initial 2028 Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

Initial 2028 Notes means the first US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 2028 Notes issued under the 2028 Notes Indenture on or about July 15, 2020.

Initial 2028 Notes means the $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 2028 Notes issued on the Issue Date.

• The Company is issuing the Initial 2028 Notes in an aggregate original principal amount of $2,750,000,000.

Initial 2028 Notes means notes issued under this Supplemental Indenture on the date hereof that contain the restrictive legend on Exhibit A-2.
