Infectious or communicable disease definition

Infectious or communicable disease means a disease referred to in section 71;
Infectious or communicable disease means a non-airborne disease spread from person to person and determined to have significant long-term consequences on the physical health and life activities of the person infected;
Infectious or communicable disease means a disease that spreads from person to person, directly or indirectly, that has significant public health implications.
