Collect means to obtain information that the licensee organizes or can retrieve by the name of an individual or by identifying number, symbol or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, irrespective of the source of the underlying information.
Indorsement has the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(11) of the UCC, and “Indorsed” has a corresponding meaning.
Negotiable Collateral means all of Borrower’s present and future letters of credit of which it is a beneficiary, drafts, instruments (including promissory notes), securities, documents of title, and chattel paper, and Borrower’s Books relating to any of the foregoing.
Consignee means the person to whom the goods are required to be delivered as specified in the Contract. If the goods are required to be delivered to a person as an interim consignee for the purpose of dispatch to another person as provided in the Contract then that "another" person is the consignee, also known as ultimate consignee.
Bill means bill of exchange;
Bills means each of the regular monthly bills, summary bills, opening bills and closing bills issued to Customers by Consumers Energy in its capacity as Servicer.
Payment Intangibles “Proceeds”; “ Records”; “Securities Account”; “Securities Intermediary”; “Security Entitlement”; “Supporting Obligations”; and “Tangible Chattel Paper.”
Warehouseman means a person who is licensed:
Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;
Instruments means all “instruments,” as such term is defined in the Code, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party, wherever located, and, in any event, including all certificated securities, all certificates of deposit, and all promissory notes and other evidences of indebtedness, other than instruments that constitute, or are a part of a group of writings that constitute, Chattel Paper.
Chattel Paper means chattel paper (as that term is defined in the Code), and includes tangible chattel paper and electronic chattel paper.
Endorser means a person who makes an endorsement.
Documents of Title Has the meaning given that term in the UCC.
duly sign means a Declaration Certificate for Local Content that has been signed by the Chief Financial Officer or other legally responsible person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive, or senior member / person with management responsibility(close corporation, partnership or individual).
negotiable instrument means a “negotiable instrument” as defined in the UCC.
Security Agreements means the Borrower Security Agreement and the Subsidiary Security Agreement.
Xxxxxxx Money shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3.
Freight means the remuneration payable to the carrier for the carriage of goods under a contract of carriage.
Deliver and “Delivery” shall mean (x) when used in respect of Shares and other Deposited Securities, either (i) the physical delivery of the certificate(s) representing such securities, or (ii) the book-entry transfer and recordation of such securities on the books of the Share Registrar (as hereinafter defined) or in the applicable book-entry settlement system, if available, and (y) when used in respect of ADSs, either (i) the physical delivery of ADR(s) evidencing the ADSs, or (ii) the book-entry transfer and recordation of ADSs on the books of the Depositary or any book-entry settlement system in which the ADSs are settlement-eligible.
Account Debtors mean all Persons who are obligated on the Receivables.
Document of title means a record that in the regular course of business or financing is treated as adequately evidencing that the person in possession or control of the record is entitled to receive, control, hold, and dispose of the record and the goods the record covers and that purports to be issued by or addressed to a bailee and to cover goods in the bailee's possession which are either identified or are fungible portions of an identified mass. The term includes a bill of lading, transport document, dock warrant, dock receipt, warehouse receipt, and order for delivery of goods. "Electronic document of title" means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information stored in an electronic medium. "Tangible document of title" means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information that is inscribed on a tangible medium.

Payment intangible means a general intangible under which the account debtor's principal obligation is a monetary obligation.
Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
Deeds has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1(a)(i).
Electronic Chattel Paper means chattel paper evidenced by a record or records consisting of information stored in an electronic medium.
