  • Subject to the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule, this clause applies to each Netting Transaction entered into or outstanding between us on or after the date this Agreement takes effect.

  • Where so specified in the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule, the date of the occurrence of any Bankruptcy Default shall automatically constitute a Liquidation Date, without the need for any notice by us and the provisions of the following sub‐clause shall then apply.

  • Where we agree to accept non-cash collateral, it must be in a form acceptable to us as specified in the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule.

  • We may notify you in writing (either in the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule or otherwise) at any time that paragraphs 7 to 11 above are not applicable and that the provisions of this paragraph 12 shall apply in their place.

  • The currency of the cash margin you pay to us shall be specified in the Individually Agreed Terms Schedule.

  • Should there be a reduction in the 2008 plan year health insurance renewal rate, the Board will continue to fund the plan at this level and any savings will be applied to pay any insurance plan deficits for the 2007 plan year.

  • Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification purposes by the Seller’s Lawyers and the Purchaser’s Lawyers, with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • standard term sheet has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
