Individual Review definition

Individual Review means the process for determining settlement offers under the Settlement Option as set forth in Appendix II to the CRP.

Examples of Individual Review in a sentence

  • If the CFO rejects the short list recommendation, he or she, in his or her sole discretion, can proceed in any of the following methods: directing the CSC Process Administrator to recommence the selection process at whatever stage the CFO deems appropriate (including the Individual Review stage or the Group Review stage); pursuing the project by any other alternative method permitted under Florida law; or abandoning the project all together.

  • Annual Review means an evaluation, conducted at least annually by the committee on special education, of the status of each student with a disability and each student thought to have a disability who resides within the school district for the purpose of recommending the continuation, modification or termination of the provision of special education programs and services for the student to the board of education.

  • Examination Criteria means the loan classification criteria employed by, or any applicable regulations of, the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority at the time such action is taken, as such criteria may be amended from time to time.

  • Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.

  • Expedited review means an examination, in accordance with

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
