Incremental RL Lender definition

Incremental RL Lender shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

Incremental RL Lender means any Incremental Multicurrency Facility RL Lender and any Incremental Dollar Facility RL Lender.

Incremental RL Lender has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12B.

Examples of Incremental RL Lender in a sentence

• Coincident with the delivery of such Incremental Revolving Loan Commitment Agreement for acceptance and registration of the provision of an Incremental Revolving Loan Commitment, or as soon thereafter as practicable, new Revolving Notes, as the case may be, shall be issued to the respective Incremental RL Lender at the request of such Incremental RL Lender.

• Coincident with the delivery of such Incremental Revolving Loan Commitment Agreement for acceptance and registration of the provision of an Incremental Revolving Loan Commitment, or as soon thereafter as practicable, new Revolving Notes shall be issued to the respective Incremental RL Lender at the request of such Incremental RL Lender.

• We doubt this can be achieved within the current timescale, even if NH were more prompt than they have been so far.

• Alternate Currency Revolving Loan Sub-Commitment(s), if any, in the amount(s) set forth opposite its name on Annex I attached hereto (for each such Incremental RL Lender, an “Incremental Alternate Currency Revolving Loan Sub-Commitment”).

• Each Designated Incremental RL Lender (as defined below), each other Lender and each Borrower hereby acknowledges that, as of the First Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), (i) each Designated Incremental RL Lender has provided an Incremental Revolving Loan Commitment as contemplated by Section 1.19 of the Credit Agreement which constitutes a Designated Incremental RL Commitment (as defined below) and (ii) the Total Designated Incremental RL Commitment (as defined below) equals $300,000,000.
