Imputed Return definition

Imputed Return means an amount equal to the Base Rate plus 4% per annum on each Participant's outstanding Loan Amount or Lessor Amount during the period from the Scheduled Lease Termination Date to the date of determination.
Imputed Return means, with respect to any date after the Expiration Date, an imputed return to each Participant equal to the Base Rate plus a margin of two percent (2.00%) per annum on such Participant’s outstanding Loans, Capital or Lessor Amounts, as the case may be, during the period from the Expiration Date to such date of determination.
Imputed Return means the cost to the Lessor Parties of maintaining their unrecovered investment after the Financing Termination Date or the expected return to such persons, determined as (i) the average daily Outstanding Lease Balance after the Financing Termination Date multiplied by (ii) the number of days from and excluding the Financing Termination Date to and including the date of the sale of the Property multiplied by (iii) the rate equal to the applicable interest rate, with respect to amounts owing to each Note Purchaser and each Tranche B Bank, respectively, multiplied by (iv) 1/365.

  • Income Tax Return means any Tax Return relating to Income Taxes.

  • Pre-Distribution Tax Period means any taxable period (or portion thereof) that ends on or before the Distribution Date.

  • Hypothetical Tax Liability means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the Hypothetical Federal Tax Liability for such Taxable Year, plus the Hypothetical Other Tax Liability for such Taxable Year.

  • Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement relating to Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

  • Tax Period means, with respect to any Tax, the period for which the Tax is reported as provided under the Code or other applicable Tax Law.

  • Preferred Return has the meaning specified in the Prior LLC Agreement.

  • Tax Liability means the total taxes due to a municipal corporation for the taxable year, after allowing any credit to which the taxpayer is entitled, and after applying any estimated tax payment, withholding payment, or credit from another taxable year.

  • Tax Benefit means any refund, credit, or other item that causes reduction in otherwise required liability for Taxes.

  • Tax Benefit Payment is defined in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.

  • Carryback means any net operating loss, net capital loss, excess tax credit, or other similar Tax item which may or must be carried from one Tax Period to another Tax Period under the Code or other applicable Tax Law.

  • Non-Income Tax Return means any Tax Return relating to any Tax other than an Income Tax.

  • Tax Attributes means net operating losses, capital losses, tax credit carryovers, earnings and profits, foreign tax credit carryovers, overall foreign losses, previously taxed income, tax bases, separate limitation losses and any other losses, deductions, credits or other comparable items that could affect a Tax liability for a past or future taxable period.

  • Company Returns is defined in Section 3.15(a) of the Agreement.

  • Taxable means either:

  • Income Taxes means any Tax which is based upon, measured by, or calculated with respect to (i) net income or profits (including, but not limited to, any capital gains, gross receipts, value added or minimum Tax) or (ii) multiple bases (including, but not limited to, corporate franchise, doing business or occupation Taxes) if one or more of the bases upon which such Tax may be based, by which it may be measured, or with respect to which it may be calculated is described in clause (i) of this sentence.

  • Consolidated federal income tax return means a consolidated return filed for federal income tax purposes pursuant to section 1501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
