Impax Indenture definition

Impax Indenture means the Indenture dated as of June 30, 2015 between Impax and Wilmington Trust, National Association (the “Trustee), as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 6, 2017 between Impax and the Trustee, and as further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Impax Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of June 30, 2015, between Impax and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee.

Impax Indenture means the Indenture dated as of June 30, 2015 between Impax and Wilmington Trust, National Association (the “Trustee”), as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 6, 2017 between Impax and the Trustee, and as further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. “Increased Reporting Period (Monthly)” means (1) each period beginning on the date that Excess Availability shall have been equal to or less than 75% of the Line Cap for five (5) consecutive Business Days and ending on the date Excess Availability shall have been greater than 75% of the Line Cap for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days and (2) any time a Designated Event of Default shall exist or, upon the election of the Administrative Agent, any Default or any other Event of Default shall exist. “Increased Reporting Period (Weekly)” means (1) each period beginning on the date that Excess Availability shall have been less than the greater of (x) $75.0 million and (y) 30% of the Line Cap for five (5) consecutive Business Days, and ending on the date Excess Availability shall have been at least the greater of (x) $75.0 million and (y) 30% of the Line Cap for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days and (2) any time a Designated Event of Default shall exist or, upon the election of the Administrative Agent, any Default or any other Event of Default shall exist. “Incremental Commitment” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(1). “Incremental Equivalent Term Debt” has the meaning assigned to such term in the Term Loan Credit Agreement. “Incremental Facility” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(1).

  • Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.
