imitation firearm definition

imitation firearm means an article, not being a firearm, which has the appearance of being a firearm, or which may reasonably be taken to be a firearm;
imitation firearm means anything which has the appearance of being a firearm, whether capable of being discharged or not; and
imitation firearm means a replica of a firearm that is so substantially similar in physical properties to an existing firearm as to lead a reasonable person to conclude the replica is a firearm.
