TO Lead definition

TO Lead has the meaning specified in §2.01. “Transco” has the meaning specified in the Preamble. “Transco Parties” has the meaning specified in §12.01(b). “Transferee” has the meaning specified in §18.13. “Transferor” has the meaning specific in §18.13.

Examples of TO Lead in a sentence

  • Within five (5) days after delivery of the Dispute Notice, the Project Manager and the TO Lead will meet (in person or via telephone) to discuss and attempt to resolve or cure such Dispute.
