Illinois Court definition

Illinois Court shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.7(c) hereof.
Illinois Court means the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Illinois or another federal or state court of competent jurisdiction.
Illinois Court has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a)(iv).

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.
