IBM Code definition

IBM Code means Code Developed by IBM personnel at IBM's expense and not as part of the Services, but used to provide the Services, which code does not constitute a Derivative Work of any software owned by the Equifax Group, IBM, or their respective Affiliates or contractors or subcontractors. IBM Code shall not include any Equifax Derivative Code.
IBM Code will consist of WebSphere Application Server-Advanced Edition ("WAS-AE") and WebSphere Studio ("WS") in Object Code form accompanied by all associated Documentation as well as other Code that may be defined in a SOW.

  • The file recorded on the electronic medium that is acceptable to the competent Authority shall be encoded using IBM Code Page 437, IBM Code Page 932 or a compatible code page.

  • For the purposes of the international search and international preliminary examination, any sequence listing in electronic form shall be contained within one electronic file encoded using IBM39 Code Page 437, IBM Code Page 93240 or a compatible code page to represent the sequence listing as set out in paragraphs 5 to 36 with no other codes included.

  • The Customer accepts all risks that the IBM Code is not available on a timely basis and is not successful commercially.

  • The file recorded on the diskette or any other electronic medium that is acceptable to the competent Authority shall be encoded using IBM8 Code Page 437, IBM Code Page 9329 or a compatible code page.

  • Business Partners must comply with the IBM Code of Conduct when performing any marketing activities, including those approved under this offering.

  • Supplier shall provide spare parts on a routine basis to the defined IBM "Code A" support third party at the same prices, terms and lead-times provided IBM as a part of this agreement.

  • IBM grants Vision a nonexclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, transfer, distribute, market and sublicense the IBM Code in Object Code form and any modifications made to the Vision Code made by IBM solely contained as part of the Integrated Code as part of the US English language version of Release 1, the International version of Release 1, or any follow on Releases as agreed to by the parties.

  • Characters should be coded pursuant to IBM Code Page 852 standards.

  • IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • IBC Code means the 1998 Edition of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk published by the International Maritime Organization;

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • Toll Center Code means the three digit access tandem code (“ATC”) that uniquely identifies a tandem switch in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) designated as providing access to operator services functions.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Disabling Code means any virus, back door, timer or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code that may have the consequence (whether by design or unintentionally) of disrupting, disabling, harming, circumventing security controls or otherwise impeding in any manner the normal operation or performance of (i) any software or service or (ii) any UNICEF information system or network.

  • Settlement System Code means the specifications, standards, methods, calculations and conventions established under the AUC Settlement System Code Rule 021, as amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • the applicable data protection law means the legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and, in particular, their right to privacy with respect to the processing of personal data applicable to a data controller in the Member State in which the data exporter is established;

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;

  • Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).

  • Applicable Data Protection Law means, as applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) (as may be amended, superseded or replaced) ("GDPR") and all other supplemental or implementing laws relating to data privacy in the relevant European Union member state, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the relevant supervisory authority, and/or all applicable analogous privacy laws of other countries;

  • chapters and "headings" mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonised System" or "HS";

  • IT Act means the Income-tax Act, 1961 and shall include any statutory modifications, re-enactments or amendments thereof for the time being in force.
