Higher wage definition

Higher wage. CLASSIFICATION: - Where an employee works in a higher hourly wage classification, he shall be paid the higher rate for the hours worked in such classification.
Higher wage rates: Where an employee works in a higher hourly wage classification they shall be paid the higher rate for a minimum of four (4) hours. If they work more than four (4) hours at the higher wage classification, they shall be paid the higher rate for the entire shift.
Higher wage means having an average annual wage of $65,000 or greater for all positions or at least 25% of the positions have an annual wage of $75,000 or greater.
