Highbury Restaurant Ticket Holder definition

Highbury Restaurant Ticket Holder means any person who is in possession of any Highbury Restaurant Membership Card, including any guest of a Highbury Member using the Highbury Restaurant Membership Card, made available pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Household member means an adult living in the private residence out of which a program is operated, regardless of whether the adult is living there permanently or temporarily.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Employee Transfer Date means in respect of any particular Transferring Employee the date on which the part of the Services to which they are assigned transfers from the Previous Contractor to the Contractor;

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-U.S. Holder means a Holder that is not treated as a United States person for U.S. federal income tax purposes as defined under Section 7701(a)(30) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.

  • Participating Stockholder means a “Participating Stockholder” under the HBB Stockholders’ Agreement, HY Stockholders’ Agreement and NACCO Stockholders’ Agreement, to the extent the Partnership owns HBB Class B Shares, HY Class B Shares or NACCO Class B Shares. A Partner shall cease to be a Participating Stockholder under this Agreement and shall be deemed to be a Former Partner immediately prior to any event or lapse of time that causes such Partner to no longer be a “Participating Stockholder” under such applicable stockholders’ agreements.

The Class A operator typically manages resources and personnel, such as establishing work assignments, to achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements under this chapter.
