High Pressure Service definition

High Pressure Service means gathering of Gas from a Delivery Point into the High Pressure System from and after the occurrence of High Pressure Conversion as to that Delivery Point and at pressures not exceeding (**) PSIG, averaged over any Month, when measured at it being understood that such operating pressures may fluctuate substantially within any one Month.
High Pressure Service means gathering services at Points of Receipt designated as “High Pressure” by DBM in its reasonable discretion, as such designation may change from time to time.
