Heritage Conservation District definition

Heritage Conservation District means a geographic district established under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S. O. 1990, c.0. 18, as amended;
Heritage Conservation District means a heritage conservation district designated by a municipality in accordance with the Heritage Property Act.
