Outdoors means any location that is not “indoors” within a fully enclosed and secure structure as defined herein.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
Captive insurance company means a pure captive insurance company, association captive insurance company, captive reinsurance company, sponsored captive insurance company, special purpose captive insurance company, or industrial insured captive insurance company formed or licensed under this chapter. For purposes of this chapter, a branch captive insurance company must be a pure captive insurance company with respect to operations in this State, unless otherwise permitted by the director.
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Dean means the head of a faculty of the University;
FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.
SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.
Lazard means Lazard & Co., Limited;
Internationally active insurance group means an insurance holding company system:
AER means annual equivalent rate;
CAL means client access license.

Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.
RSMML or “COMPANY” shall mean “Rajasthan State Mines & Minerals Limited,” having its registered office at C - 89-90, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan) 302 015, and Corporate Office at 4, Meera Marg, Udaipur (Rajasthan) including its successors in office and assignees or its representatives authorized to act on its behalf for the purpose of contract.
Pure captive insurance company means a company that
IDT means intradepartmental transfer.
Sternlight means a white light placed as nearly as practicable at the stern showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 135 degrees and so fixed as to show the light 67.5 degrees from right aft on each side of the vessel.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Embalmer means any person engaged in the practice of embalming.
Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.
CAMC means Centennial Asset Management Corporation.
SCS means the Soil Conservation Service.
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);
SME means an enterprise falling within the category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises defined by the Commission Recommendation of 6 May 2003 concerning the definition of micro, small and medium- sized enterprises;
Topco has the meaning set out in the Preamble;
