health service body definition

health service body means a person or body which is a health service body for the purposes of section 17A;
health service body has, unless the context otherwise requires, the meaning given to it in section 9(4) of the 2006 Act;
health service body means an NHS Trust, an NHS Foundation Trust, a Clinical Commissioning Group or the NHS Commissioning Board.
