The terms and conditions set out in this Section, together with the relevant parts of Sections 1 to 15, govern the delivery of duties under the honorary NHS contract and should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of the University Employer which, taken together, provide the full contractual framework in which the clinical academic consultant is expected to deliver his/her agreed duties and is remunerated.
The standard NHS contract is used for these services with the Council becoming an equal commissioning partner.
