Health Insurance Committee definition

Health Insurance Committee. A committee shall meet quarterly to discuss Health Insurance issues and share information. Committee members shall include: 2 union representatives, 2 management representatives, 1 prescription drug representatives, 1 third party administrator representative, 1 consultant and 1 County Legislator. The meetings shall be no longer than three hours and either party may propose agenda items. Health Insurance coverage upon retirement:
Health Insurance Committee. A Health Insurance Committee shall be created consisting of two members of the Administration, two members of the CVEA, and two members of OAPSE. Board members may attend any meeting of the committee. The committee shall research and make a recommendation to the Board regarding changes to insurance, including the possibility of joining a new consortium. No recommendation by this committee will be binding on any participating party or the Board.
