Management Representatives. The management representative is the person nominated by the (candidate) WEEELABEX Operator, who is functionally responsible to the executive management for the maintenance and operation of that (candidate) WEEELABEX Operator’s WEEE treatment processes and who is fully conversant with the WEEELABEX requirements.
Management Representatives. At any step of the grievance procedure the District may designate a substitute for the person designated herein. One additional management representative may be invited to be present at either the Step One or Step Two meetings.

Management Representatives. Each of the Management Holders hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints the Management Representatives (as defined in this Section 9) as his representatives to take all actions on his behalf in connection with this Agreement, in their sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to, executing any consents or waivers in connection with, or any amendments to, this Agreement but not any decision to sell his Management Shares or any decision to buy any securities of the Corporation pursuant to Section 4.4. Management Representatives. For convenience of operation hereunder, each of the Owner and Mauna Loa shall designate one representative to effectuate decisions of their principals and to serve as the channel of communication for disseminating information to and securing necessary action by their principals. The representative of any party hereto may be changed from time to time by written notice by such party to the other party hereto.
Management Representatives. In cases where Management designates representatives for receiving notice, all Official Representatives and Stewards will be provided with the names, titles and work locations of such Management representatives and all changes thereto.
