Hauler Agreement definition

Hauler Agreement means an agreement between MIRA and any Waste Hauler for the delivery of recyclables and/or solid waste to the Facilities, including without limitation a Mid-Connecticut Waste Disposal System Solid Waste and Recyclables Delivery Agreement or a Connecticut Solid Waste System Solid Waste and Recyclables Delivery Agreement.
