  • Handlooms or their employees, to any consultant or otherwise arising in any way from the selection process for the Assignment.

  • If such resolution is not possible, then the unresolved dispute or difference shall be referred to arbitration of the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi.

  • The above benefits available to MSE bidders shall be provided only to those MSE bidders who submit Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum or certificate issued by NSIC/DIC/KVIC/KVIB/Coir Board/ Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms or any other body specified by Ministry of MSME and upload the same in CPP (Central Public Procurement) Portal.

  • MSEs are required to submit along with their offer, Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum or valid Registration Certificate issued by NSIC / DIC / KVIC / KVIB / Coir Board / Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms or valid certificate issued by any other body specified by Ministry of MSME.

  • Exemption from submission of EMD and Tender Fee / Cost shall be given to bidders who are Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) and registered under provisions of the Policy i.e. registration with District Industries Centre (DIC) or Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) or Khadi and Industries Board (KVIB) or Coir Board or National Small Industries Commission (NSIC) or directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms or Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum or any other body specified by Ministry of MSME.

  • Further, the MSEs registered with District Industries Centre's or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms or any other body specified by the Ministry of MSME are also exempted from payment of Tender Fee.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.
