Guevoura Action definition

Guevoura Action means the securities class action styled Guevoura Fund Ltd., et al., v. Sillerman, et al., No. 15-cv-07192 (S.D.N.Y.) currently pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, brought by Guevoura Fund Ltd., the court-appointed lead plaintiff, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated.

  • Third Party Action means any suit or proceeding by a person or entity other than a Party for which indemnification may be sought by a Party under Article VI.
