Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage. With respect to Loan Group 2 and any Distribution Date before March 2016, 100%. Except as provided herein, the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage for any Distribution Date occurring on or after the seventh anniversary of the first Distribution Date will be as follows: (i) from March 2016 through February 2017, the related Senior Percentage plus 70% of the related Subordinate Percentage for such Distribution Date; (ii) from March 2017 through February 2018, the related Senior Percentage plus 60% of the related Subordinate Percentage for such Distribution Date; (iii) from March 2018 through February 2019, the related Senior Percentage plus 40% of the related Subordinate Percentage for such Distribution Date; (iv) from March 2019 through February 2020, the related Senior Percentage plus 20% of the related Subordinate Percentage for such Distribution Date; and (v) from and after March 2020, the related Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that there shall be no reduction in the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage on a Distribution Date, unless the Step Down Conditions are satisfied with respect to such Distribution Date; and provided, further, that if on any Distribution Date occurring on or after the Distribution Date in March 2016, the Senior Percentage for Loan Group 2 exceeds the initial Senior Percentage for Loan Group 2, the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will again equal 100%. Notwithstanding the above, (i) if on any Distribution Date prior to March 2009 the Two Times Test is satisfied, the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage will equal the related Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date plus 50% of the related Subordinate Percentage for such Distribution Date and (ii) if on any Distribution Date in or after March 2009 the Two Times Test is satisfied, the Group 2 Senior Prepayment Percentage will equal the related Senior Percentage for such Distribution Date.
