Group 1 Percentage definition

Group 1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.
Group 1 Percentage. With respect to Group 1 and any Payment Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Group Balance for Group 1 for such date and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such date. Examples of Group 1 Percentage in a sentence

  • On any Payment Date, the Group 1 Percentage of such Net Swap Receipt that are not applied to the payment of Current Interest, Available Funds Shortfalls and Deferred Interest in the manner described in the preceding sentence shall be distributed by the Indenture Trustee (or the Paying Agent on behalf of the Indenture Trustee) to the holder of the Ownership Certificate.
