ground subsidence event means any ground subsidence identified by the monitoring activities set out in the ground monitoring scheme that has exceeded the level described in the ground monitoring scheme as requiring a ground mitigation scheme;
ground subsidence event means any ground subsidence which National Grid and TfL agree is attributable to the authorised development (or in default of agreement is settled by arbitration in accordance with article 67 (arbitration) of the Order to be attributable to the authorised development) and is identified by the monitoring activities set out in the ground monitoring scheme that has exceeded the level described in the ground monitoring scheme as requiring a ground mitigation scheme;

  • Special event permit means a permit granted by the Division

  • Weather Normalized Site EUI means the amount of Energy that would have been used by a property under 30-year average temperatures, accounting for the difference between average temperatures and yearly fluctuations.

  • Single event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 3, Single Event Permit.

  • Ground water means water below the land surface in a zone of saturation.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Major disaster means any flood, drought, fire, hurricane, earthquake, storm or other catastrophe which, in the determination of the governing body, is of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant the use of available resources of the federal, state and local governments to alleviate the damage, hardship or suffering caused thereby.

  • Conversion condominium means a condominium containing structures which before the recording of the declaration, were wholly or partially occupied by persons other than those who have contracted for the purchase of condominium units and those who occupy with the consent of such purchasers.

  • Insurance and Condemnation Event means the receipt by any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries of any cash insurance proceeds or condemnation award payable by reason of theft, loss, physical destruction or damage, taking or similar event with respect to any of their respective Property.

  • Sequential Pay Event means any Event of Default with respect to an obligation to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan, any other Event of Default for which the Mortgage Loan is actually accelerated or any other Event of Default which causes the Mortgage Loan to become a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, or any bankruptcy or insolvency event that constitutes an Event of Default; provided, however, that unless the Servicer under the Servicing Agreement has notice or knowledge of such event at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the applicable distribution date, distributions will be made sequentially beginning on the subsequent distribution date; provided, further, that the aforementioned requirement of notice or knowledge will not apply in the case of distribution of the final proceeds of a liquidation or final disposition of the Mortgage Loan. A Sequential Pay Event shall no longer exist to the extent it has been cured (including any cure payment made by a Curing Noteholder in accordance with Section 11) and shall not be deemed to exist to the extent any Curing Noteholder is exercising its cure rights under Section 11 or the default that led to the occurrence of such Sequential Pay Event has otherwise been cured or waived.

  • Delay Event means any event set out at Clause 5.19.4 [Delay Events].

  • Suspended Lines means subscriber lines that have been temporarily disconnected.

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Excluded Events has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d)(ii).

  • Force Majeure Failure has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(d).

  • Insured Event shall have the meaning given such term in Section 12.4.

  • Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Base flood means the flood having a one percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.
