Condominium Conversion "condominium conversion" means the creation of one or more units that include or form part of a building that, at any time before the registration of the declaration or amendment that created the units, was occupied in whole or in part by any person, including a tenant, other than a person: (a) occupying a proposed unit under an interim occupancy; or (b) occupying the building or any part of it for the sole purpose of marketing the proposed units.
Conversion condominium - consideration should be given to subjecting any rental component to a “shelf” condominium for purposes of minimizing the impact of statutory provisions designed to apply to rental facilities that are “converted” to a for-sale condominium.
Conversion condominium" has the meaning in RCW 64.34.020 and 64.90.010.
Conversion condominium shall mean a condominium containing structures which, before the recording of the condominium declaration, were wholly or partially occupied by persons other than those who have contracted for the purchase of condominium units and those who occupy with the consent of such purchasers.
