GreTai Securities Market means the GreTai Securities Market in Taiwan; "證券櫃檯買賣中心"係指在台灣之證券櫃臺買賣中心;
GreTai Securities Market means the GreTai Securities Market in Taiwan; "Indemnified Person" has the meaning given thereto in Article 151;
