Governmental Lockbox Account definition

Governmental Lockbox Account means the account established at the Collecting Bank by the Practice into which all proceeds of the Practice's Governmental Receivables are remitted.
Governmental Lockbox Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Governmental Lockbox Account means an account established at the Collecting Bank by GCOA into which all proceeds of GCOA's Governmental Receivables are remitted.
