Lock-Box Bank definition

Lock-Box Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Lock-Box Accounts.

Lock-Box Bank means, as of any date, a depository institution named by the Servicer and acceptable to the Note Insurer at which a Lock-Box Account is established and maintained as of such date.
