Examples of Relevant Contracts in a sentence
All Relevant Contracts, irrespective of value, shall clearly specify: • What is to be supplied (i.e. the works, materials, services, matters or things to be furnished, had or done) • The provisions for payment (i.e. the price to be paid and when) • The time, or times, within which the contract is to be performed • The provisions for the Council to terminate the contract.
Relevant Contracts do not include: • Contracts of employment which make an individual a direct employee of the Council, • Agreements regarding the acquisition, disposal, or transfer of land and/or assets (for which Financial Regulations shall apply).
Relevant Contracts do not include:• Contracts of employment which make an individual a direct employee of the authority; or• Agreements regarding the acquisition, disposal, or transfer of land and buildings (for which Financial Procedure Rules shall apply) subject to the detail provided at section 24; or• S.151 Officer dealing in the money market or obtaining finance for the Council; or• Contracts made by the Monitoring Officer for the appointment of counsel.
All Relevant Contracts must comply with these contract procedure rules.
