Gordmans Amendment Effective Date means the date on which the retail systems of the Covered Gordmans Stores are converted from the platform operated by or on behalf of Gordmans, Inc. to the platform operated by or on behalf of SRI as notified by Stage to the Bank, which was June 27, 2017.
