Good driving record definition

Good driving record means the criteria required under regulations described at 49 C.F.R. 383.77 and 57 F.R. 75, P. 13650 (April 17, 1992).
Good driving record means a driving record which contains no convictions for offenses within the past seven (7) years for: (a) any driving offense which constitutes a felony, (b) operating a motor vehicle or under physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor or drugs, or impaired driving as a result of alcohol or drugs, (c) reckless driving or negligent driving, (d) driving on a revoked or suspended license.

Related to Good driving record

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Accounting Records means the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules which support the general ledger balances.

  • Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.

  • Transferred Books and Records means, in respect of a Seller, all books, ledgers, files, reports, plans, records, manuals and other materials (in any form or medium) to the extent of, or maintained predominantly for, that Seller’s Contributed Business by that Seller’s Group (excluding its Target Group Companies) (other than emails), but excluding:

  • Health record means the same as that term is defined in § 32.1-127.1:03.
