GLO Contract definition

GLO Contract means that certain Energy Supply and Services Agreement dated as of December 12, 2006, between GLO and REPS.
GLO Contract means the Interlocal Agreement (Non-Research & Development) between the Texas General Land Office and the City of Houston, GLO Contract No. 19-147-001-B489 (signed by the City Controller on January 4, 2019 and approved by City of Houston Ordinance No. 2019-10), which is attached as Exhibit H.
