City Controller definition

City Controller means the City Controller or Acting City Controller of the City or any successor officer acting in the same or similar capacity.

City Controller means the City Controller of the City of Houston or the person he or she designates.

• If Supplier does not pay the debt within 30 days of either such notification, the City Controller may deduct funds in an amount equal to the debt from any payments owed to Supplier under this award, and Supplier waives any recourse therefore.
