General Partner Board definition

General Partner Board means the board of directors of the General Partner.

General Partner Board means the board of managers of the General Partner. “Governmental Approval” means any consent, approval, license, permit, order, qualification, authorization of, or registration, waiver or other action by, or any filing with or notification to, any Governmental Authority.
