Class III Clause Samples
Class III. Written notice of the nature of the offense; right of just cause hearing before the Superintendent; right of representation at such hearing by an individual of his/her choice; written disposition by the Superintendent within five (5) working days of the date of the conference; appeal within seven (7) calendar days to the Board of Education to affirm, modify or vacate the disposition of the Superintendent.
Class III. Major Restorations, Dentures and Bridge- work—to include crowns (age 12 or older), removable dentures, and bridges. Endosteal implants are covered once per tooth in a member lifetime when the implant is for teeth numbered 2 through 15 and 18 through 31, providing the member is age 16 or older and is covered at the time of the actual implant placement.
Class III. Master’s Degree and 24 units beyond a Master’s Degree.
2.8.3.2.3.1 Faculty who possess a Bachelor’s Degree and who have completed 54 semester units beyond a Bachelor’s Degree.
2.8.3.2.3.2 Faculty who possess a Bachelor’s Degree and who have completed 12 units of education coursework in teaching methodology (2.8.3.2.2.3.1) and an additional 42 units beyond the Bachelor’s Degree.
2.8.3.2.3.3 Faculty who possess a 100% life credential for careers and technology subjects (see 2.8.3.2.2.4) and who have completed 24 semester units beyond a life credential.
Class III. Bus Assistants: Bus Assistants shall work all scheduled days for their route, One (1) General Meeting Day, plus receive Eleven (11) Paid Holidays. Bus Assistants shall receive no less than Two (2) Hours’ Pay for each scheduled run. District Library Assistants: Library Assistants shall work Three (3) Days before teacher workdays, all teacher workdays except for conference nights and one day after the last teacher workday, for a total of One Hundred Eighty-Six (186) Days, plus receive Eleven (11) Paid Holidays. Library Assistants shall work a minimum of Seven (7) Hours Per Day.
Class III. A recall situation in which the use of, or exposure to, a violative product is not likely to cause adverse health consequences (U.S). ================================================================================
