Gaming Enterprise definition

Gaming Enterprise or “Gaming Operation” means any gaming business, event, enterprise or activity conducted by or under the jurisdiction of the Tribe.
Gaming Enterprise or “Enterprises” means the Odawa Casino Resort, Mackinaw Casino and any other tribally owned Enterprises or businesses related to gaming.
Gaming Enterprise means any commercial business owned by the Community and operated, in part or in whole, for the conduct of Gaming.

  • If the Gaming Enterprise is not consummated, the Gaming Proponent giving the Notice, or the successors thereto, must give notice anew in accordance with Section 8.1(L)(b) prior to engaging in any subsequent Gaming Enterprise.

Gaming Enterprise means the Tribe’s Gaming Operation and Gaming Facility.
