Examples of Funding Available Revenue Receipts in a sentence

  • Prior to the service of an Intercompany Loan Enforcement Notice, Funding shall pay interest on the Advance on each Payment Date if, and only to the extent that, there are Funding Available Revenue Receipts available therefor after making the payments and provisions referred to in the Funding Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments.

  • On each Payment prior to the security becoming enforceable pursuant to Clause 7.2 (Enforceable), the Security Trustee hereby authorises Funding or the Cash Manager in its place to withdraw Funding Available Revenue Receipts from the Funding Transaction Account and to apply such monies in accordance with the rules and the order of priority of the Funding Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments.

  • Any amount of such Swap Replacement Premium not applied in or towards payment of such termination payment will form part of Funding Available Revenue Receipts.

  • On each Intercompany Loan Determination Date, Funding or the Cash Manager in its place will determine the Funding Available Revenue Receipts available to pay the amount set out below on the immediately succeeding Interest Payment Date.

  • On each Interest Payment Date prior to the service of an Intercompany Loan Enforcement Notice, the Security Trustee hereby authorises Funding or the Cash Manager in its place to withdraw Funding Available Revenue Receipts from the Funding Transaction Account and to apply such monies in accordance with the Funding Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments set out in Part I of Schedule 3 to this Deed.

  • Issuer Security, the Current Issuer Reserve Fund shall only be applied on any Payment Date to increase that portion of Funding Available Revenue Receipts which are allocated to the Current Issuer to make payments of interest and fees due under the Current Issuer Intercompany Loan.

  • In applying the Funding Available Revenue Receipts on the Ninth Issuer Series 1 Term AAA Advance Maturity Date, amounts shall only be drawn from the relevant accounts (in the discretion of the Cash Manager) to the extent such amounts are required on such date.

  • The Cash Manager is responsible, pursuant to the Cash Management Agreement, for determining the amount of Funding Available Revenue Receipts as at any Payment Date and each determination so made shall (in the absence of negligence, wilful default, bad faith or manifest error) be final and binding on the Current Issuer Start-Up Loan Provider.

  • However, if there are Funding Available Revenue Receipts available but Funding does not repay the Advance (including any interest capitalised pursuant to Clause 3.4) and/or interest thereon when due (to the extent of such available Funding Available Revenue Receipts), such non-repayment will constitute an event of default under this Current Issuer Start-Up Loan Agreement.

  • Prior to the service of an Intercompany Loan Enforcement Notice, Funding shall repay principal of the Advance (including any interest capitalised pursuant to Clause 3.4) on each Payment Date if, and only to the extent that, there are Funding Available Revenue Receipts available therefor after making the payments and provisions referred to in the Funding Pre- Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments.

Related to Funding Available Revenue Receipts

  • Available Revenues means all monies on deposit from time to time (including investment earnings thereon) in (a) the PILOTS Account, and (b) subject to annual appropriation, the EATS Account that have been appropriated to the repayment of the TIF Notes, excluding (i) any amount paid under protest until the protest is withdrawn or resolved against the taxpayer or (ii) any sum received by the City which is the subject of a suit or other claim communicated to the City which suit or claim challenges the collection of such sum.

  • Collateral Available Funds means with respect to any Distribution Date, the Collateral Floating Percentage of Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections with respect to the preceding Monthly Period.

  • Cash Flow Available for Debt Service for any period, means (i) Cash Flow received during such period minus (ii) (A) all O&M Costs paid during such period and (B) if an Equity Cure has been made in any fiscal quarter during the period for which Cash Flow Available for Debt Service is calculated, the lesser of the aggregate amount of (x) such Equity Cure during such period and (y) the aggregate amount of cash distributions paid by the Company during such period.

  • Total Available Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(a).

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage).   • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Excess Cashflow With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount, if any, equal to the sum of (a) the Remaining Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (b) the Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.
