Total Available Amount means, for each Distribution Date, the sum of the aggregate collections in respect of Receivables (including any Liquidation Proceeds, any Purchase Amounts paid by the Seller, CFSC and/or the Servicer and any amounts received from Dealers with respect to Receivables) received during the related Collection Period and Investment Earnings on the Trust Accounts during such Collection Period, but shall not include any payments or proceeds (including any Liquidation Proceeds and any amounts received from Dealers with respect to Receivables) of (i) any Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been included in the Total Available Amount in a prior Collection Period, (ii) any Liquidated Receivable after and to the extent of the reassignment of such Liquidated Receivable by the Trust to the Seller in accordance with Section 4.02 and (iii) any Servicer's Yield.
