Examples of Funded Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio in a sentence
The Parent will as of the last day of each calendar quarter maintain the Total Funded Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio at not more than 3.25 to 1.00.
The Borrower shall maintain a maximum Funded Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio, tested on a rolling twelve month basis, in the corresponding quarter of each year as follows: 1Q 3.00 to 1.00 3Q 2.50 to 1.00 4Q 2.00 to 1.00 Compliance with this covenant shall be determined on a rolling twelve month basis and shall be measured commencing as of the Fiscal Quarter ended March 31, 2019.
