Fund Trust Indenture definition

Fund Trust Indenture means the trust indenture dated May 22, 2003 pursuant to which the Fund was established, as amended and supplemented from time to time and which was last amended and restated on December 17, 2010;

Fund Trust Indenture means the trust indenture dated May 22, 2003 pursuant to which the Fund was established, as amended and supplemented from time to time and which was last amended and restated on September 1, 2015;

Fund Trust Indenture means the trust indenture of the Fund made as of May 22, 2003 among CIBC Mellon Trust Company, as initial trustee, EMSI, as settlor and administrator, and IPL Holdings Inc., as initial unitholder, as amended and restated as of June 30, 2003, August 18, 2003, May 1, 2006, December 17, 2010 and September 1, 2015, as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time.

• This bond is redeemable upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture, including provision for redemption upon demand of the Strategic Fund Trust Indenture Trustee following the occurrence of an Event of Default under the Strategic Fund Trust Indenture and the acceleration of the principal of the Strategic Fund Revenue Bonds.
