Trust Indenture Legislation definition

Trust Indenture Legislation means, at any time, the provisions of (i) any applicable statute of Canada or any province or territory thereof and the regulations thereunder as amended or re-enacted from time to time, but only to the extent applicable, or (iii) the Trust Indenture Act and regulations thereunder, in each case, relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at such time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Company or the Trustees.
Trust Indenture Legislation means, at any time, the provisions of (i) any applicable statute of Canada or any province or territory thereof and the regulations thereunder as amended or re-enacted from time to time, but only to the extent applicable, or (iii) the Trust Indenture Act and regulations thereunder, but only to the extent applicable, in each case relating to trust indentures and to the rights, duties and obligations of trustees under trust indentures and of corporations issuing debt obligations under trust indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at such time in force and applicable to this Indenture or the Company or the Trustees.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Canadian Co-Trustee is acting hereunder solely to satisfy the requirements of the Canadian Trust Indenture Legislation and is not acting as Paying Agent, Registrar or Transfer Agent for the Securities issued.

Trust Indenture Legislation means the Trust Indenture Act and, if there is at the relevant time a Canadian Co-Trustee hereunder, the Canadian Trust Indenture Legislation.

Trust Indenture Legislation has the meaning specified in Section 1.13.
