Frankfort First Replacement Employment Agreement definition

Frankfort First Replacement Employment Agreement means an employment agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 4 attached to this Agreement, to be entered into at the Closing and to be effective as of the Effective Time, by and between the Bank and any one or more of the Frankfort First Executives, all as provided in Section 3.11 of this Agreement.

  • Secondment Agreement is defined in Section 2.2.

  • Permanent Employee means an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed a probationary period.
