Foreign Pledgor definition

Foreign Pledgor means each Pledgor that is not a Domestic Pledgor.
Foreign Pledgor means each Foreign Subsidiary of the Parent which is a Pledgor, in each case for so long as such Persons remain organized under the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States and the States and territories thereof.
Foreign Pledgor means any Foreign Subsidiary that grants a Lien in all or certain of its assets in accordance with Section 4(p).
