Floating Interest Rate Determination Date definition

Floating Interest Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Note, the first day of the applicable Floating Interest Period.
Floating Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Floating Interest Period, the day that is two Business Days preceding the first day of such Floating Interest Period except it shall be the day that is three Business Days preceding the first date of the first Floating Interest Period.
Floating Interest Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Floating Rate Note, the first day of the applicable Floating Interest Period.
