FKF Regulatory Reports definition

FKF Regulatory Reports means the Thrift Financial Reports of FKB and accompanying schedules, as filed with the OTS, for each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended September 30, 2007, through the Closing Date, and all reports filed with the OTS by FKF from September 30, 2007 through the Closing Date.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.

  • Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Self-Regulatory Organization means any association of investment advisers or securities dealers registered under the federal securities laws, or any Exchange.

  • Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.

  • Regulatory Documentation means, with respect to the Compounds, all submissions to Regulatory Authorities in connection with the development of such Compounds, including all INDs and amendments thereto, NDAs and amendments thereto, drug master files, correspondence with regulatory agencies, periodic safety update reports, adverse event files, complaint files, inspection reports and manufacturing records, in each case together with all supporting documents (including documents that include Clinical Data).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
