Fixed Rate Auction Advance definition

Fixed Rate Auction Advance means an Auction Advance which bears interest based on the Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Auction Advance means any Competitive Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(d).
Fixed Rate Auction Advance means an Auction Advance which bears interest based onthe Fixed Rate.

  • The maturity date for each CAF Loan (x) if made pursuant to a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request, shall be not less than 7 days nor more than 360 days after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date) and (y) if made pursuant to a LIBOR Auction Advance Request, shall be one, two, three, six, nine or twelve months after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date).

  • LIBOR Auction means a solicitation of Money Market Quotes setting forth Money Market Margins based on the London Interbank Offered Rate pursuant to Section 2.3.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(i).

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.
