Reference Rate Advance definition

Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

Reference Rate Advance. An Advance with respect to which the interest rate is determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

Reference Rate Advance means, at any time, any Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.6(a)(i).
